Traveling in the winter is for the penguins

Flight delays because of weather or airlines are a pain. My luggage was left behind (gee, the rapture came and my bags weren't holy?) in ATL or was it STL? Some how they found them and were delivered to mom's house. Now we are leaving, and have gained another set of bags! I hope I don't lose these. This time, I will pack a spare change of clothes in my carry on.
It couldn't be helped checking bags in. I thought I could pull it off, but no luck. Now, I still hope my carry on won't be too large. I'm packing a lot of food to keep me occupied. Heh heh, dad made Hom Yu Chow Fan for me. I'm thinking about eating it on the plane. Good lord that stuff is stinky, but not as bad as stinky tofu.
This week has been fun. I spent a lot of time with my parents, and family, also got to see a lot of friends too. Drama happened also. Well of course it had to happen. Large families never have quiet holidays, the drama was just minor. I'm still sorting it all out.

ARRRGGHHHHH!

Just two more days before we leave for CA. I think I'm stressing. How can a person leave a house spotless, but still have two individuals use the house? Cleaning a bathroom is all dandy, but somewhere after the bleaching has occurred, some dumbshit goes in and litters the floor with toilet paper bits, Q-tips, and dirty socks! Actually that is the combined effort of two male dumbshits.
So laundry gets done today, but of course another load or two will be done tomorrow afternoon, because God help us if Stinky can't have his favorite jeans. Dog room needs to be cleaned today. Tires on truck have to be checked an all that bullshit. E-tickets printed, we got the parking reservation already.
Tomorrow, I gotta bring quiches to Stinky's homeroom brunch, of course I'm volunteering my time. Do last minute cleaning again, and get rid of any food that won't survive a week. Maybe, I should leave it in the fridge. More items, less air space, less energy used. Maybe I should just push the fridge out to the sun porch? Knowing my luck there will be another heat wave.
