It's a Clown House covered in pee

Over the weekend Goof believes he's figured out how many people are there and who belongs to who in the hillbilly house. There is a husband and wife, with an 8 yo boy and the 12 yo girl. A pregnant woman with a boy approximately 6-8yo, and on the weekends there are 2 more boys one about high school age, the other uncertain. Let me remind you, this is a small house, a3Br, 2Ba. No wonder the 12 yo girl climbs on the roof. There is no room to breathe in there. Oh, the funniest part of the weekend. I happened to look out the storm door and I saw one of the younger boys come out behind the house to the side facing me, and undo his pants. You know what's coming right? Stinky happened to be snarking at the moment, and I yell out, "He's pissing on the house!" Goof and Stinky looked at each other in confusion, then it dawned on them what I meant. Oh the rush to the front door! Sure enough they saw him start turn and start again. Stinky potty trained outside too, but he was 3. We hosed down the plants he 'watered'. This is a kid that is 6 or 8 years old, who needed to go, and instead of pointing it at a tree, he pointed at the house. Also why did he decide to water on the right side of the house? There is nothing to hide him. If we saw him, the neighbors on either side of me saw him. I saw him from my front door!
One thing Goof mentioned last night and I really haven't thought about. We have not seen the younger children go to school. Well I don't keep an eye out and see if they leave at 7am for school, but I certainly don't see them come home with the other children. They could be home schooled,or go to a baby sitter. Who knows. We are still wondering about the legal limit in that house. What do you say? I mean they could say those not on the lease are just visiting short term.
Another note. Rough boy is moving. Stinky heard it from Whinis they are moving. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. Rough boy nor his mother have ever addressed his breaking of Stinky's air gun, and Goof believes the last time Rough boy came in our house on the second snow day, he cracked Stinky's PSP with a drumstick. Lovely responsible boy huh? When I think mine is a shithead, I think about that one. So from what Stinky understood they are moving to Jonesboro. Oh goody Clayton county. That's a safe place now ain't it? On top of that, the school district is about to loose it's accreditation. A lot of mis management, and abuse from the school board, has led two school governing boards to revoke the accreditation, which means those kids in that school system will not be able to qualify for the Georgia Hope Scholarship for college, or for acceptance to colleges. No college will accept a student from Clayton county school district. That is jacked up. The county has very high crime, and sinking home values, this is just the last straw for the county. All those kids are basically being told to become criminals. The school board has ruined their chances of a decent future. Now what does that mean for Fayette county? More kids will apply to our schools. Some will do well and want to succeed, but there will always be the ones that don't care. Their parents may care, but they don't and will cause trouble in our schools. We are lucky that our school is really too far away from Clayton county. The other ones are closer. Also if these children are accepted into our schools, they will have to shoulder the burden of transportation. The buses will not pick up those children willy nilly. I'm sure the police will have a field day checking out all the plates.
