Did you look closely at what it is? Found this on a board I belong to. With those skinny arms, I am going to assume this person is of small to medium frame, and a droopy A to possible C cup. Droopy I say because I can't figure out how you can get any support with that. Depending on the elastic waist and age of the material too. I'm cringing, but I do wonder were they a new pair or one that the crotch wore out on? Skid marks or not? Also I'm not sure if it ranks as Hillbilly or Redneck fashion. Perhaps it's both. I bet she was watching NASCAR.
