Last night Goof and I were still mulling over the kids in the neighborhood issue. I know that we were and still are very protective of Stinky. Some things we got involved and should not have. Obviously many of the issues he had with Fred, didn't need our involvement. We thought it was good advice. Like I have said many times, we don't know what happened while we were away for my grandmother's funeral. It just seemed that we came from a sad occasion to suddenly Stinky being ostracized. Why? Because his great-grandmother passed away? It's pretty obvious that Dramaqueen said something to Babymama, and she made up her mind to actively act like a bitch. Interesting how that came about. Kiosk man seems to be one that prefers not to get involved. I find it funny that we realized Droopy likes to jump in for her child, and defend him even if he was wrong and there were witnesses to prove it. She believes her child even when given the truth of his lies. Her son is her window to the world as she doesn't leave her home. The same must go for Babymama. I don't keep track of her comings and goings, but I believe she does not leave her house much either. Not that I blame her, with small children underfoot. But to watch her incite and pleasurably allow her children to taunt my family is very upsetting. Is it her insecurities? Perhaps jealousy?
We worry about what the summer holds for him. It's not healthy for him to hole up in the house, he needs to go out and play, and make his own choices. From what we have seen, it seems Fred is more fearful of Stinky and the trouble that he could get into. Fred is a follower and he's following Dramaqueen. Stinky has made gestures of polite greetings to Dramaqueen, and has been ignored or taunted some way. Goof wondered if they would move soon, and I felt it would be a strange miracle if they did. If our theories are correct, her parents manage that property, and she helps out in return for a lower rent. Not that I blame her, if she's got 4 kids, and hubby works in retail with this economy she must be suffering. I'm sure her stimulus check will be well received. The older kids look to be wearing the same clothing as last year. Perhaps they didn't grow much.
So Babymama has gone out of her way to ostracize us. Funny thing is for the first month or so they ignored the hillbillies. That has changed since they realize we don't care for them. Basically if we never called the police or animal control about the hillbillies, they would have gone on ignoring them. Now it's obvious we don't think highly of them so it's acceptable for her children to play with them. Yea, good thinking. Or perhaps, it goes in waves, and she decides to ignore the hillbillies. Kinda hard to ignore them with the mess and noise they make.
In fact Saturday night we were up late. I had the tv on and was surfing the web. Goof had me mute the tv because he heard banging and yelling. He assumed it was coming from the street behind us, but I checked the front. There was a woman banging and yelling at the hillbillies house. This went on for a few minutes. Now this was past midnight. Goof called the police about it. There was a man and woman outside, their children were out and about in the front of the house, just too much for a quiet neighborhood. They came out, and stayed out with the hillbillies for quite a long time. It was past 2am when I went to bed, and the police cars were still there.
It's not like we or these renters got a chance to interview each other when we moved here. Our problem was we should have bought somewhere with less rentals. Not all renters get it that they need to maintain the property and not act like fools. For the reason they don't own the property. It's much easier for them to head out and find another place. Much harder for us to pull up and move.
