Spinach quiche

This was dinner last night. Something sorta healthy and light. Stinky is mad at me. He liked it, but found out the hard way that he hasn't had enough veggies in his diet. Yea that's what you get when lunch everyday is spaghetti and french fries. His excuse? There aren't enough vegetables that he likes in the salad bar. My opinion? He doesn't want to eat veggies. So he's spending most of today in the toilet. His colon is getting a cleaning.

So lunch and dinner tonight are leftovers.


This is will be my lunch and dinner. A slice of quiche, small salad of organic baby lettuce and herbs, a few Zaxby's wings, and fried mushrooms, and a tall glass of homemade sweet tea.

Stinky is having herbal soup. His safety back up. Nothing like grandma's herbal soup to cure all. Goof is quite happy to have leftovers for dinner. I think it's because I also baked almond cookies for him. He hasn't had those in a while. Honestly it's been too hot to bake. This weekend is a nice respite from 90*F days. I think I'm gonna bake banana bread tonight.
